How far in advance can I book a driver?
You can book a driver up to 48 hours in advance of your desired pick-up time.
Can I change the booking dates after confirming?
Yes, changes can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, subject to availability.
Is smoking allowed in the vehicles?
No, our vehicles are strictly non-smoking to ensure a clean and comfortable experience for all passengers.
Are valet parking fees and additional services included in the base transportation tariff?
Valet parking fees and additional services are not included in the base tariff and will be billed separately.
What happens if I exceed the daily 250 km limit?
Any additional kilometers beyond the daily limit will be charged as per the agreed-upon rate.
What payment methods are accepted for services?
We accept payment through online transfers to the bank accounts in AED or RUB, cryptocurrency or cash payments.
What will happen if I exceed agreed hours per day?
Any additional hours beyond the booked period will be charged as per the agreed-upon rate.
Can I request a specific vehicle for my transportation needs?
While we strive to accommodate preferences, the availability of specific vehicles may vary based on the booking date and location. Please inform us of your request, and we'll do our best to meet your needs.
Why is the Driver with car section not showing the full cost with the car, but only the cost of the driver?
The full cost will be calculated depending on the car specified in the Preferred car section when ordering.
Are pets allowed in the vehicles?
Pets are not permitted in our vehicles.
Is there a waiting time included in the booking?
Yes, a complimentary waiting time is included after the scheduled pick-up time. Additional waiting time beyond this period may be subject to charges.
Do you provide child seats or booster seats for young passengers?
Yes, we offer child seats or booster seats upon request. Please notify us in advance about the age and weight of the child to ensure the proper seat is available for your journey.
